Birkaskolan is an institution for children aged 1-5 in preschool and students in elementary school. The school's goal is to develop creativity, self-confidence, and a love for learning with the help of Montessori pedagogy. We will house our entire operation in a brand new school from the academic year 2025/2026.

In preschool, we have about 115 children distributed across 7 departments.

We have our own KRAV-certified kitchen.

Our preschool offers continuity and security in an inspiring environment, adapted to the children's size and developmental level. We want every child, based on their conditions, to grow and develop into an independent individual at their own pace. The child groups are age-mixed, and the older children serve as role models and can guide and assist the younger ones.

Free play, nature, and creative activities are also a large and important part of our operations.

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute as needed. We want you to have good collaboration skills, be flexible, and have a positive attitude. You should primarily be trained as a childcare worker or have an equivalent background. Experience is an advantage, but we are also looking for someone interested in starting to work with children's development.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the advertisement expires.
